For Massillon Museum's Adaptations Exhibit and Auction
This piece was part of an exhibit designed by Massillon Museum to showcase works from their permanent collection. The artists were asked to design a new piece of art inspired by an object from the Museum's collection. The inspiration for this work was a Sonja Henie doll. The final work includes the idea of "doll" along with objects that reflect Sonja Henie's ice skating expertise and work in the film industry.
100 Years of Menorah Park
Menorah Park Center for Senior Living celebrated 100 years of existence on December 12, 2006. Three framed quilts were commission by Menorah Park that incorporate handmade fabrics, memorabilia, and photos of events and people important to this place. Two of the three collages are shown here. All three pieces hang in the lobby of Menorah Park's Senior Center located in Beachwood.
